Welcome and Introduction:

Welcome to Timothy R. Berman's online Employment Profile page. This website is dedicated to provide prospective employers a rich and collective array of experience within three major industries. These industries are: 1) Customer Service/Call Center with Technical Support/Help Desk; 2) Production, Manufacturing, and Construction; 3) Restaurant/Food Industry. And, it is here where employers will find a variety of qualifications. Qualifications and skills that he believes hiring managers are seeking in a potential candidate. Therefore, each section will be tailored to the specified industry - complimented with a downloadable resume package.

Why an Online Employment Profile?

According to Washington State Employment Security Workforce Explorer’s website, the Washington State Employment Situation Report for April 2009 states – “Washington’s 9.1 percent unemployment rate for April reflects the first month without a rise or decline since January 2008”. Compare this with the United States Department of Labor and Industries Bureau of Labor Statistics Economic News ReleaseNonfarm payroll employment continued to decline in April (-539,000), and the unemployment rate rose from 8.5 to 8.9 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor reported today.” What these reports show is how competitive the job market is becoming. And, because of this competitive employment market, a potential candidate has to become creative and resourceful in seeking stable work; Especially, given the fact that most major companies now require potential employees to complete a particular profile. Even when there are designated Internet Job Boards (i.e., Monster.com, Careerbuilders.com, Yahoo’s Hot Jobs et all) where one could sign up, post a resume and complete a job search from the comfort of their own homes, place of business, coffee shops, libraries, universities, and employment offices. Temporary staffing agencies pool most of their potential workforce from candidate profiles that are created on their specific websites. The days of actually going “door-to-door” job hunting are gone.

Therefore, the purpose of this website (as previously stated) is designed to enhance the many online profiles that Timothy has on various Internet Job Boards. A website specifically designed to be more extensive in why Timothy is the ideal candidate for any progressive and innovative employer. His personal creativity, drive to succeed, professionalism, resourcefulness, and determination to find the quality work that will not only be beneficial for accomplishing his overall career goal, but provide reciprocal benefits to the prospective employer who invests their time in nurturing and challenge Timothy to grow with the position and company.

Furthermore, this employment profile is not to replace such internet job board profiles, but to compliment them in a way that is unique and personable. Thus, outlined below are several highlighted summary points of Timothy's main qualifications within the three main industrial areas.
